Wonderful as a coconut rum punch. 500ml Pineapple Juice 500ml mango juice 250ml of Hooting Owl Coconut Rum 250ml of coconut milk Mix the ingredients well and chill. To serve, add ice to a glass and a slice of dehydrated pineapple, then pour over the rum punch.
